Tailored Stays was founded in 2016 with one clear mission: to provide high-quality, fully furnished accommodation in Cambridge for corporate travellers, leisure guests and students alike. We focus on offering well-appointed properties in desirable and convenient locations across the city, ensuring every stay is comfortable, practical and professionally coordinated from enquiry through to check-out.
Our portfolio includes a range of accommodation options to suit short and extended stays, whether visiting Cambridge for business, study or leisure. Our management team brings over 40 years combined hospitality and property experience to the business.
Having worked in property for over 20 years Mark decided to relocate from London back to his hometown of Cambridge. He set Tailored Stays up with the ambition of raising the standard of serviced accommodation in the city. He now oversees the day to day running of the business along with working with partners and investors on the longer-term vision for the organisation.

He has 6 years’ experience and will be working to grow and develop the business and relationships as the property portfolio continues to expand. Are your apartments located near public transportation?
Yes! All our apartments are located with easy access to public transportation. They are also close to local amenities such as shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.
Is there 24/7 customer support available in case of emergencies?
We’re available to assist guests between 8AM and 8PM.

Regular housekeeping is included for long stays.

Do I need to pay a damage deposit?
No. Guests are required to complete a security verification and sign our Terms and Conditions instead.
What do you require from guests before check-in?

How do I check-in?
Keys are collected from a keybox outside the property, or one of our team will meet you.
